Lindisfarne Gospels

During this two-day workshop you will embellish a design taken from the Lindisfarne Gospels including techniques of long and short shading, couched gold work and surface stitching.  The workshop is to celebrate the coming of the Lindisfarne Gospels to Durham Cathedral from the 1st July to the 30th September 2013.
Fee is £90.00.  Material costs £10.00 - £15.00

Creative Gold and Metal work

During this two-day course, you will learn to use different metal threads and materials including Japanese thread, purls, Pearl purl, foil, mesh using various contemporary and traditional techniques, within a sampler design.
Fee is £90.00.  Material costs £15.00 - £20.00
